Decent Stay, but Some Issues

The location was good. It was near shopping and transportation.
The air conditioning did not work well at all. The room was very hot. When I called the receptionist, he was very defensive, not a good listener, and seemed to blame me for feeling hot. They offered a very old stand fan. It had only one speed and was very noisy.

I found the breakfast very tasty with an excellent selection, even for plant-based folks. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location is GREAT as it is close to public transportation. The room was spacious, including a big window with blinding curtains and a convenient minifridge.
The cute upon check in was not the best. The lady looked as if she did not want to be there. The hotel definitely does not reflect a 4-star hotel, as described. All walls were dirty, with no little fridge in the room, and the furniture was old.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, with many options available and food replenished efficiently. There was a good selection of plant-based choices and vegan options, which I noticed was labelled VERY well. Fresh juices and various coffee options are available during breakfast.

The hotel features a fitness center, though I did not use it . A spa area with a sauna is available for beautiful rooms, but the standard rooms do not have access. Luggage storage is offered before check-in, a CONVENIENT service.

This location is perfect. It is right next to a tram station and only 300 meters from a metro station. It is also within walking distance of a market street. I noticed several restaurants within walking distance, with a range of cuisines.

The room was spacious with a good-sized bathroom. It had a bathtub and plenty of storage. The room featured a large window with blackout curtains, ensuring a dark sleeping environment. A minifridge was available in the room, very useful.

the breakfast had many options. i could even bake belgian waffles. the staff provided an iron within fifteen minutes. the bed and pillows were very good.
i found the floor was covered in some white dog hair.
